Our comprehensive youth programs
Repflow7 believes fitness is more than physical training; it is a tool for building confidence, discipline, and mental strength. Exercise can help young people reduce stress, improve mood, develop healthier habits, and create a positive outlet for emotions. Through structured training, mentorship, and encouragement, we help youth strengthen both their bodies and their minds while preparing them for success in everyday life.

What makes our programs unique?
Repflow7 stands apart by offering a holistic approach to youth development, unlike programs that focus on a single area. We integrate mentorship, leadership development, behavior intervention, academic support, fitness training, life skills, and violence prevention into one cohesive program.
Integrated development
Repflow7 combines mentorship, academic support, fitness, leadership development, and life skills training to develop the whole person. Our approach helps youth build confidence, discipline, accountability, and the tools needed for success in school, at home, and within the community.
Osmar Staples brings the kind of name-and-game profile that matters for line play: a San Jose State football pedigree, plus the size, toughness, and trench awareness teams look for in an offensive tackle. Publicly available search results are sparse on recent stat production, so the main takeaway is fit and frame rather than box-score impact—he reads like a developmental lineman whose value would come from physicality, pass protection upside, and being coachable in a system that prizes consistency. That makes him most relevant to teams needing depth, competition, and long-term offensive-line investment.
Personalized commitment, Structure, and Discipline
Repflow7 is led by a team committed to empowering the next generation. Founder Larry L. Bishop Jr. brings over 30 years of dedicated experience working with youth through education, coaching, mentoring, and athletic development.
James Polk brings over 20 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and training young people. His passion goes beyond sports by teaching youth valuable life skills, responsibility, and entrepreneurship through hands on experiences such as lawn care, work ethic development, and learning the fundamentals of building a business.
Together, their mission is to provide young people with guidance, structure, discipline, and real life skills that prepare them for success beyond athletics and into everyday life.
Reflections Of A Student Athlete & RF7
Some would say I was REPEFLOW7’s first client — and if that’s true, I’m honored. I entered the program in 1997 as a project athlete, someone who might have relied on potential alone. But this program transformed me. It took a raw kid and shaped me into an All‑State, All‑Conference, and Honorable Mention All‑American athlete. REPEFLOW7 taught me how to work when the lights weren’t on. It instilled discipline, accountability, and the mindset required to outwork talent.
That foundation carried me to the Division I level, where I became an All‑Conference offensive tackle and even landed on the Outland Trophy watch list my senior year. No, I didn’t make the pros — but because of the tutelage, structure, and work ethic built in this program, I played at a level I never would have reached on my own.
Twenty years later, I brought my daughter through the same process. She was a late bloomer, but REPEFLOW7 met her exactly where she was and maximized her potential just like it did for me. Today, she’s stepping into a starting role at the Division II level — proof that this program doesn’t just build athletes; it builds legacies.
Respectfully,
Osmar Staples
Empowering youth, building futures
At Repflow7, we believe greatness exists inside every young person; sometimes they just need someone to help bring it out. We empower youth to overcome challenges, discover their purpose, build confidence, and understand that their past or current circumstances do not determine their future. Through guidance, discipline, accountability, and support, we help young people develop the mindset and skills needed to become leaders in life.

Mistakes Are Lessons, Not Life Sentences
At Repflow7, we believe mistakes are opportunities to learn, grow, and become better. A bad decision does not define a young person’s future. We teach accountability, responsibility, and self-discipline while helping youth understand the lesson behind their choices.
Through mentorship, compassion, and structure, we help young people build confidence, develop character, and realize they have the power to change their direction. Everyone deserves the opportunity to grow beyond their mistakes and create a better future.
Who benefits most from our programs?
Repflow7 serves young people aged 10 to 21 who seek additional guidance, structure, and positive development. This includes middle school students, high school students, student-athletes, at-risk youth, and young adults transitioning into adulthood. Our programs are especially beneficial for those facing academic challenges, behavioral concerns, low self-confidence, negative peer influences, family difficulties, or limited access to positive role models and structured activities.
The core belief we instill
Our greatest hope is for young people to realize they are capable of achieving more than they ever imagined. Repflow7 helps participants develop confidence, self-discipline, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose. We want every individual to leave our program believing in themselves, understanding that their circumstances do not define their future, and knowing that success is earned through consistent effort and perseverance.
